2. AMA brand and domain name
AMA360 — Atelier de Mécanique Automatique identifies a brand and business concept and does not, in itself, identify a separate legal entity.
The AMA brand and the domain name ama360.it are independently held and are made available to Luxury Jewels Watch S.r.l. pursuant to an exclusive and temporary right of use.
Within the European territory covered by such authorisation, LJW is currently the exclusive commercial operator authorised to use the AMA brand for commercial activities. Such authorisation does not constitute an assignment or transfer to LJW of ownership of the AMA brand, the ama360.it domain name, or any other rights retained by their respective rights holder.
The identity of the underlying rights holder is not required to be disclosed by this Legal Notice. Nothing in the operation, hosting, publication or commercial use of this website by LJW shall, by itself, be construed as transferring ownership of the AMA brand or domain name to LJW.
3. Responsibility for website content
Luxury Jewels Watch S.r.l., in its capacity as the current operating entity, is responsible for the selection, organisation and publication of the texts, images, project references and other materials made available through this website, without prejudice to the intellectual property and other rights held by third parties in individual materials.
The ownership or control of the AMA brand or of the ama360.it domain name does not, by itself, imply authorship, ownership of, or responsibility for every text, photograph, trademark, logo or other material appearing on the website.
