A one-hundredth anniversary carries memory, continuity and belonging. The watch becomes a way to give that history a physical form that can be worn, kept and passed on.
The object does not celebrate only the year. It carries the institution's time.

The design challenge is to avoid treating the anniversary as decorative branding. Proportion, dial, case, materials and presentation need to feel appropriate to the institution and to the permanence of the occasion.
