THE PEOPLE BEHIND AMA360
Experience, redesigned.
AMA is a new project built on nearly two decades of experience in turning identity into watches, institutional objects, accessories and special productions.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND AMA360
Three roles. One direction.
Antonio Artiano
Operations Director
Antonio brings to AMA the experience from which one of the project's historic foundations emerged: watchmaking. Among the first to develop this activity, he built expertise in production processes, relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, and in turning a concept into a feasible product. His entrepreneurial background also includes accessories and Italian manufacturing. Within AMA, he oversees the passage from idea to execution, coordinating feasibility, timing, development, production and project control.
Mario Muscariello
Founder & Design Director
Mario is the founder of AMA and creator of its applied marketing model, where strategy, identity and design converge to create objects and programs capable of representing brands and institutions. His background combines entrepreneurship, fashion and design with experience in strategic advisory, institutional relations and international projects. Within AMA, he defines concepts, design language and creative direction, connecting what a client represents with what a project can become.
Angelo Sollo
Supply Chain Director
Angelo comes from a family with a strong craft and manufacturing background, developing direct knowledge of materials, processes, finishes and galvanic treatments. His entrepreneurial path, also developed alongside Antonio Artiano, spans watchmaking, accessories and specialist manufacturing, giving him a concrete understanding of the production chain. Within AMA, he coordinates supply chain and technical solutions, selecting the most appropriate materials, processes, manufacturers and specialists and translating design choices into reliable, coherent production processes.
DIFFERENT PATHS. SHARED EXPERTISE.
AMA's three partners bring independent entrepreneurial backgrounds to the project — spanning watchmaking, specialist manufacturing, textiles and fashion, strategic advisory and institutional relations. Their individual ventures remain distinct, while their expertise converges in AMA.
HOW WE WORK
We don’t start with a catalogue.
We start with an idea.
We understand identity, occasion and objective. Then we build the right response, coordinating design and production as one coherent system.
We don’t sell products. We design programs.
AN OPEN PROJECT MODEL
The team expands around the brief.
AMA can involve designers, artists, creative strategists, technicians, engineers and specialist makers whenever the project requires them. The structure remains intentionally flexible: the right expertise for the right idea.
HERITAGE
A new name. An experience built since 2007.
Watchmaking as a foundation.
Early watch projects established a culture of precision: proportions, movements, components, materials, prototyping, assembly and quality control.
From timepieces to systems of objects.
Experience expanded into institutional and ceremonial objects, textile accessories, leather goods and special productions.
The experience becomes AMA.
AMA brings that know-how into a clearer model: begin with the marketing objective, design the physical response, prototype it, build the production architecture and deliver one coherent project.
HERITAGE IS NOT NOSTALGIA
Experience matters when it makes the next idea possible.
Heritage is the knowledge of how to move from intuition to prototype, from prototype to production, and from production to something people will want to keep.
