AIA · DESK DISPLAY · SYMBOLS
The role, represented.
An institutional desk object designed around one of football's most recognisable forms: the referee's shirt.
Produced in plexiglass, the display translates AIA's visual identity into a three-dimensional object of representation. The silhouette recalls the referee's shirt, while the association emblem and the institutional wording define its purpose.
The object measures approximately 12 cm in height, with a thickness of approximately 1.5–2 cm. Its compact scale makes it an object conceived specifically for the desk rather than a wearable item.

The display is supplied in a dedicated box with synthetic grass used as the base. This detail creates an immediate visual connection with the pitch and completes the object through its presentation, rather than treating packaging as something separate from the project.
The result belongs to the world of Symbols & Ceremonial: a familiar sporting form is transformed into an institutional object that represents a role, an organisation and its identity.
A familiar form becomes an object of representation.
